1st Year (NEW Study Plan)

Business Communication and Customer Service

Learn to select business communication techniques and effectively convey oral and written communication. Perform information archiving tasks. Identify customer needs and provide assistance with their inquiries, complaints, and claims, always applying quality procedures to enhance the company’s image.

Buying and Selling Administrative Operations (130 h)

Perform price calculations for sales, purchases, and discounts. Prepare administrative documents for commercial transactions. Process tax obligations and settlements. Manage inventory control in the warehouse. Handle payment and collection procedures.

Companies and Public Administration (100 h)

Analyze business innovation processes. Study the legal concept of a company and an entrepreneur, as well as the tax system and fiscal obligations. Understand the functional and legal structure of public administration and its relationship with businesses, as well as the management of all documentation required by the administration.

Electronic Data Processing (200 h)

Learn to use the computer keyboard correctly and efficiently, as well as to install and update software applications. Create documents and templates using spreadsheets and word processors, and work with databases. Develop presentations with integrated images and videos. Learn to manage emails and electronic calendars effectively.

Accounting Techniques (140 h)

Study business assets and accounting methodology. Understand the General Accounting Plan (PGC) for SMEs and learn to record basic economic transactions. Acquire skills in using accounting software applications.

Professional English (160 h)

Analyze and produce oral messages, convey and interpret written messages, and identify and understand key cultural elements of English-speaking countries

Personal Pathway to Employability I (90 h)

Analyze active job searching strategies, conflict management, and teamwork. Study the different types of employment contracts and their relationship with Social Security. Learn to assess professional and workplace risks, as well as the application of prevention and protection measures within a company

Digitalization Applied to Productive Sectors (30 h)

This cross-disciplinary module provides information on recognizing the importance of digitalization across various productive sectors and its role as a transformative element in the economy.

2nd Year (NEW Study Plan)

Human Resources Administration Operations (160 h)

Study the administrative processing of recruitment and selection procedures. Learn how to draft employment contracts and payrolls. Prepare documentation related to labor incidents while applying quality procedures in comprehensive human resources management.

Treatment of Accounting Documentation  (200 h)

Learn to prepare supporting documentation for economic transactions and record them in the accounting system. Carry out the accounting operations for a full financial year and perform the necessary account verifications.

A business Experience in the Classroom (200 h)

Study the characteristics of the business project in the classroom. Organize the management of business activities, including documentation, commercial policies, marketing strategies, and human resources. Develop teamwork skills.

Carrying out activities of administration support in the labour, accounting, trade, financial and tax areas, as well as  customer/user service, either in public and private companies, applying current legislation and quality protocols,  guaranteeing customer satisfaction and acting in accordance with applicable rules on labour risk prevention and  environmental protection.

Certificate of Technician in Administrative Management.

The duration of the program is 2,000 hours, organized over two academic years. The first year consists of 960 hours, while the second year comprises 1,040 hours. Of these, 400 hours during the last trimester are dedicated to workplace training in companies.

  • At 18 years old, access to Higher Level Vocational and Educational Training Courses within the Administration and Management professional family is possible through an entrance exam (common part only) or an access course.
