The general competence of this qualification consists of performing basic electromechanical maintenance and vehicle bodywork operations, including disassembling and assembling mechanical, electrical, and removable vehicle components. It also involves executing basic surface preparation operations while ensuring quality standards, complying with occupational risk prevention and environmental protection regulations, and effectively communicating both orally and in writing in Spanish, the regional co-official language (if applicable), and a foreign language.

      • UC0620_1: Efectuar operacions de mecanitzat bàsic.
      • UC0621_1: Disassemble, assemble, and replace simple removable vehicle components
      • UC0622_1: Carry out auxiliary surface preparation operations.
    •  Auxiliary Electromechanical Maintenance Operations (TMV195_1)
      • UC0620_1: Perform basic machining operations.
      • UC0623_1: Disassemble, assemble, and replace simple mechanical components in the vehicle,
      • UC0624_1: Disassemble, assemble, and replace simple electrical components in the vehicle.

 Basic Vocational Certificate in Vehicle Maintenance

The course duration is 2,000 hours, equivalent to two academic years.

Graduates can pursue a Middle Level Vocational and Educational Training Courses. This qualification provides priority access to all mid-level programs within the following professional families: Electricity and Electronics, IT and Communications, Mechanical Manufacturing, Installation and Maintenance, Energy and Water, Extractive Industries
