By studying this training program, you will obtain the qualification of Technician in Telecommunications Installations, and you will be able to carry out the assembly and/or maintenance of electronic installations and computer equipment and peripherals, configuring them and verifying their proper operation. In addition, you will learn how to install and configure basic software, operating systems, and applications, and verify their performance under quality and safety conditions.

Career Opportunities

As a middle level Technician in Telecommunications Installations, you will be able to work both independently and for others, especially in the private sector, in areas related to the assembly and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure, closed-circuit television (CCTV) and electronic security installations, telephone switchboards, voice and data network infrastructures, sound and public address systems, radio communication installations, home automation systems, and computer equipment.

  • UC0120_2: Assemble and maintain radio and television broadcasting signal reception installations in buildings or building complexes (antennas and cable systems).
  • UC0121_2: Assemble and maintain installations for access to public telephone services and access control systems (internal telephony and video intercoms).

Assembly and Maintenance of Public Address Systems, Sound Systems for Venues, and Closed-Circuit Television (ELE188_2)

  • UC0597_2: Assemble and maintain public address and sound systems for venues.
  • UC0598_2: Assemble and maintain closed-circuit television installations.
