Social skills and motivation in the workplace. Business culture and leadership management in companies. Team coordination. Organization of schedules and executive support activities. Task planning and document processing. Organization and coordination of meetings, corporate events, and business trips.
Advanced Management of Information (190 h)
Comprehensive project management: organization, planning, scheduling, and monitoring. IT tools for monitoring and tracking business projects. Creation of presentations, digital video editing, and website development. Schedule management and document management systems.

GENERAL COMPETENCE
Assist management and other departments in organizational activities, representation of the entity, and administrative and documentary functions; manage internal and external communication and information; and perform delegated tasks, using English and/or another foreign language when necessary. This should be done while applying current regulations and quality management protocols to ensure customer or user satisfaction, and acting in accordance with occupational risk prevention and environmental protection standards.
